What should I wear for dog sledding in Northern Norway?
We recommend warm winter clothing, including wool base layers, an insulating mid-layer, warm gloves, a hat and suitable winter footwear. Temperatures in the mountains can change quickly, so dressing in several layers is recommended.
We also have a limited number of overalls, hats, mittens and shoes for hire free of charge as seen in our pictures.
Is the husky tour suitable for children and families?
Yes, the Complete Musher Experience can be suitable for families. Children under 3 years old cannot participate in the dog sledding activity due to insurance restrictions. Please contact us before booking if you are travelling with very young children so we can find the best arrangement.

Dog sledding is a weather-dependent activity. Routes and the overall experience may be adjusted based on snow, weather, and trail conditions. Safety and the welfare of the huskies always come first.
However, cancellations are very rare, and every effort is made to provide the best possible experience.
